Say Hello to Click & Collect

We are delighted to offer our customers a click and collect service. Simply make your purchase on our website and select the Pick Up option at checkout. Your order will then be available to collect in our Rathmines store. It’s that simple!
If you order before 2pm, your order will be available that day. If you order after 2pm, it will be available the next day.

You have 7 days to collect your order, however if you need more time simply get in touch with us to let us know and we will be happy to help.

Here at Bow and Pearl, we aim to give each customer 100%. Your experience is very important to us and we strive to give each customer a fun and enjoyable experience when shopping with us. From our carefully designed store interior to a delightfully unique collection of fashion, jewellery and homeware pieces, customer satisfaction is what we are most passionate about.If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our service, do not hesitate to get in touch. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Returns Online

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or exchange, provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels.

Please use the return slip located in your package to return your order. We aim to process returns within 1-2 business days upon receiving.

Returns In-Store

Our in-store returns policy is different to our online store. If you purchase items in our store locations, you can exchange or receive a credit note of value of the goods purchased within 14 days from the date purchased. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases- (if you cannot try on your purchase in the store please let our associates know) we will ensure you can return your items.

Delivery

• Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is via courier service (DPD) and usually takes 1-2 working days and requires a signature. This period may be extended over bank holiday and Christmas periods. All items will be insured against damage or loss during posting. The delivery company may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your address and location.

• We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Bow & Pearl shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

• The delivery cost within the Republic of Ireland is €3.95. For international deliveries, please click here.

• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.
